Adeline Neilson Scholarship
Scholarships are available to full time students attending: college (graduate or undergraduate), junior college, trade or technical schools. Each scholarship is for one academic year. Douvas Memorial Scholarship
$500 scholarship available to a first-generation American student (one who was born in America, but whose parents were born elsewhere), who demonstrates the need and motivation to attend college. $500 scholarship available to graduating high school seniors. Available to use at in-state or out-of-state trade schools, community colleges or universities. The intended recipient of a Hagan Scholarship is a high achieving, self-motivated student who will require financial assistance to attend college. Each Hagan Scholarship provides up to $6,000 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters and includes an opportunity to study abroad. OppU Achievers Scholarship
$2,500 scholarship awarded to high school seniors with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Must be a U.S. citizen or resident. Deadlines: September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30. Wyoming Scottish Rite Foundation Scholarship
The Wyoming Scottish Rite Foundation Scholarship is for graduates of Wyoming high schools or holders of a Wyoming GED enrolling in college. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time during the year the scholarship is used. Completion of a full course load with a minimum 2.0 GPA is required for renewal. Interested applicants need to complete the application, have two letters of reference, and a color photo of applicant. Application deadline is June 1st, 2020. Wyoming Chapter of ARMA-The Information Management Professionals
Wyoming Chapter of ARMA offers a scholarship to any senior in a Wyoming High School or a current Wyoming College student with a GPA of 2.5 or higher pursuing a career in business, records and/or information management. The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. All athletes are eligible for this $500 scholarship regardless of which sport they participate in. The successful applicant will be a high school senior or be attending a post-secondary institution. The Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) Scholarship
The Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) offers four $2,500 scholarships for this academic year. The student must have graduated from a Wyoming high school and must be enrolled full-time for the 2018-2019 academic year. Hispanic Scholarship Fund
The HSF general scholarship program is available for people of Hispanic ethnicity from underprivileged backgrounds. The value of the fund ranges from $500 to $5,000. You have a higher chance of acceptance if you are studying a STEM subject. Requirement: Minimum 3.0 GPA for High School Students. You also need to have completed the FAFSA application. Teacher.org's "Inspire Our Future" Scholarship
Teacher.org is a teacher advocacy site for students interested in considering teaching (and many other avenues within the field of education) as a career. To help support these students we offer an annual $500 scholarship. Teacher.org's "Inspire Our Future" scholarship is open to students studying Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Education, Educational Administration, Secondary Education, or Special Education. Schlumberger Company Scholarship
To be eligible for this award, you must be in your senior year of high school, be entering a US college/university as a first-time freshman, be a dependent son or daughter of a full-time employee of a North American Schlumberger company, have a parent that has been employed for at least three years of continuous service by October 1, 2017. Recipients will be selected on their academic record, leadership qualities, ACT/SAT scores and essay content. Merit Scholarships ($5,000) are offered to the top 8 applicants; Honors Awards ($3,500 or $2,000) are offered to 26 applicants. The scholarships will be applied to tuition, fees, books, supplies and equipment required for course load at accredited, nonprofit two- or four-year colleges/universities in the US or Canada. Sixt Rent a Car Scholars Program
Applicants to the Sixt Scholars Program must be graduating high school seniors in the United States, plan to enroll in a full time undergraduate study at an accredited two year or four year college or university for the entire 2020-2021 academic year, and have a minimum grade point average of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent). Recipients will receive a $5,000 award to be used for the 2020-2021 academic year. Up to five (5) awards will be granted each year. Awards are one time only. University of Wyoming Chemistry Major Scholarships (3)
- Wyoming Section of the American Chemical Society offers a scholarship to incoming freshman majoring in biochemistry, chemistry or chemical engineering at UW.
- Clifford C. Hach Memorial Scholarship offers $6000 per year to students who begin and remains a chemistry major, maintains a 3.0 grade point average and makes progress towards a chemistry degree.
- Hach Scientific Foundation Chemistry Teacher Scholarship offers recipients a 5 year, $6000/year scholarship for applicants who focus on chemistry and who agree to pursue a state-certified teaching career.

UW Trustees’ Scholars Award
Students who receive the Trustees’ Scholars Award will have a four-year scholarship for tuition, mandatory fees, university room and board (room and board will be covered for years two – four providing student resides in University housing and utilizes a meal plan). Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher at the end of each academic year.

University of Wyoming Alumni Association (UWAA) Scholarship
Scholarship opportunities for the 2020-21 Academic year close at midnight, March 15, 2020. The following opportunities are only available through the WyoScholarships program through the office of Scholarship and Financial Aid. All UWAA scholarships will assist in fulfilling the student’s University Commitment. University Commitments are separate from the Hathaway Scholarship. Students receiving a Trustees’ Scholars Award do not qualify for UWAA Scholarships.
Ten of our scholarship opportunities this year are “APPLY-TO,” requiring a separate application process through the WyoScholarships program through the office of Scholarships and Financial Aid and open November 15, 2019.
All Apply-To applications must be completed and submitted online. Students may view all scholarship opportunities without having login information. Students will only be able to apply for scholarships once they have been accepted to attend the University of Wyoming and will need their WyoWeb username and password to apply.
