Community Fine Arts Center Scholarship

$1,000 scholarship available to graduating seniors in SCSD #1. This scholarship will be awarded to  a commitment Art student as demonstrated by concentration of their high school studies in Art. Aspen Mountain Medical Center General Scholarship:

Three $500 scholarships awarded to 2023 graduating seniors in Sweetwater County.  To qualify, students must have earned a minimum 3.0 cumulative high school GPA and scored a 22 (or higher) on the ACT.  Students should have a record of volunteerism in the community in a non-school capacity and also have participated in extra-curricular activities.  DEADLINE:  MARCH 17, 2023.  To apply click  AMMC General Scholarship 2023.pdf .

Wyoming School Resource Officer Association Scholarship

Wyoming Auctioneers Association Scholarship

Jurich Family Memorial Scholarship:

$8,000 scholarship available to RSHS graduating senior with a family history in Rock Springs attending a 2 or 4 year college.  Application requires top 1 or 2 college choices (plus estimated cost of attendance for each school), FAFSA form completed and uploaded to the application, 2 letters of recommendation and 3 essays (max 300 words).  DEADLINE:  FEBRUARY 24, 2023 (5:00 PM MST). Memorial Hospital Staff Scholarship 

Current RSHS graduating seniors are eligible to apply for this $3,000 scholarship.  To be considered, students must have an interest in the health care field with a cumulative 3.5 GPA and 90% or better school attendance rate.  Also considered will be the student’s performance in school and community efforts.  Must NOT have a criminal background or disciplinary referrals. DEADLINE: MARCH 31, 2023    MHSC Scholarship Application 2023.pdf 

Hillcorp Future Leaders of America Scholarship

Sweetwater County - Wyoming Farm Bureau Scholarship

Gary's Foundation Scholarship

Gary's Foundation will award (5) $2,500 scholarships to graduates of a Sweetwater County High School. This is a need based scholarship with emphasis on single-parent households. Douvas Scholarship

Wyoming Weed and Pest Council Scholarship

$1000 scholarship available  to a Wyoming resident, either graduating high school or an enrolled college student pursuing a college discipline of or relating to agriculture or natural resources.  Available to use at any accredited university, college or trade school. Kaiser Foundation Scholarship

This renewable $4,000/year scholarship requires a minimum 2.5 GPA.  To apply, students must complete the application and provide the supporting documentation to Ms. Hanson in the RSHS Counseling Center NO LATER than MARCH 8, 2023. Wyoming Admissions Officer (WAO) Scholarship

One-time scholarship available to a high school senior with a 2.75 GPA and a minimum ACT score of 18. This scholarship can be used in- or out-of-state at a college, university or trade school. Wyoming Game Warden’s Association Scholarship

Wyoming Trucking Association Scholarship

Scholarship available to students that will be attending a Wyoming college, university, or trade school and pursuing an education that could lead to a career in the transportation industry.  Approved areas of study include Business Management, Computers, Accounting, Office Management, Safety, Diesel Mechanics and Truck Driving.  DEADLINE:  FEBRUARY 3, 2023. Adeline Neilson Scholarship

Scholarships are available to full time students attending: college (graduate or undergraduate), junior college, trade or technical schools. Each scholarship is for one academic year. Students may apply each year.  The self-explanatory application form is available through April 10, 2023 by sending an e-mail request to: ansfnd@gmail.com. The completed application must be postmarked no later than April 10, 2023.

Wyoming Scottish Rite Foundation Scholarship

The Wyoming Scottish Rite Foundation Scholarship is for graduates of Wyoming high schools or holders of a Wyoming GED enrolling in college. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time during the year the scholarship is used. Completion of a full course load with a minimum 2.0 GPA is required for renewal. Interested applicants need to complete the application, have two letters of reference, and a color photo of applicant.  DEADLINE:  JUNE 1st, 2023.  Applications can be downloaded at Wyoming Scottish Rite Scholarship Info and mail it to: Scottish Rite Foundation, 1820 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

Hispanic Scholarship Fund

The HSF general scholarship program is available for people of Hispanic ethnicity from underprivileged backgrounds. The value of the fund ranges from $500 to $5,000. You have a higher chance of acceptance if you are studying a STEM subject. Requirement: Minimum 3.0 GPA for high school students. You also need to have completed the FAFSA application.
